Really? I didn't think that cross-platform device independence was really the goal here; that whole one-ui-to-rule-them-all thing didn't really work out.
Writing a custom UI for each native binding and having common application logic seems to be a much better approach. (and obviously touch events are native bindings) ~ Doug.
