Ok I figured out how to get the javadocs working (it turns out doclava made things worse). So now I get parameter names but I don't see the "documentation" portion just as what the method does etc. Can the tool extract that information as well?

I generated docs using Javadoc and passed them in JavaDocPaths. That did not work. Then I regenerated the bindings using doclava and passed them as JavaDocPaths and it sort of worked (some of the method names changed but I don't see any of the comments).
