Code cleanup and refactoring on our part. ;-) We used to have 3 different deploy codepaths (MSBuild, MonoDevelop, Visual Studio), and iirc only the VS code path had gotten fixes to support various `ps` output formats. When we refactored to unify things, we overlooked that support. Sorry.
