They ARE if you tweek the project file... However I think basically you turn
it into an application then. But even as a Library-Application it works
perfectly as library (you can use it from your main application) but the
resource problem is still there...

The question is: How to write a custom control with UI parts having
resources in a separate project (call it library or application). The bottom
line is: It should be reusable in different (Main-)Applications.
