You can just upload the file to a web server, and e-mail the link to your users. When the users click on the link from their device, it will install.
Or, you can attach the APK to an e-mail, and have the users open the APK on their device. They will see a button to install the APK on the device. Of course, your users will need to enable the installation of non-market apps for these last two to work. If you're testing zubhium looks promising (think TestFlight for Android).
