Might be an idea. It "works on my machine". The one thing about VS2010 is that it doesn't always update the .CSPROJ file immediately when you make changes via the project property page. If you "File..Save All" then it will update the CSPROJ file, which will probably cause M4A to update AndroidManifest.xml.
