As a followup on this old topic - now I could build an untested binding
library
for S Pen SDK v2.0 (there was major upgrade in these months). In case
you are curious, the code is here.

Note that I couldn't bundle libspen20.jar due to license limitation.

Does that mean that the Samsung S Pen library simply can't be used in
Mono for Android or that your jar binding tool does not support it so
therefore the bindings cannot be automatically generated?
