I believe you will hit some binding generator error during binding generation for LVL jar and won't get any dll. Please make sure where the assembly you are seeing is from (I guess it is not from binding library project output).
I have fixed the blocking error, and the generated binding with my it does not seem to miss types (at least, a lot; I confirmed the results on the assembly browser with my eyes).
