Our installer is in reality a chainer, which means it downloads several packages from the net and runs them (they are mostly MSI installers) allowing them to do all the job. Our installer simply monitors and coordinates the process. Almost all of the components can be thereafter removed by using Control Panel's 'Programs and Features' applet: JDK, GTK#, MonoDevelop and Mono for Android SDK. The only exception to this is the Android SDK which, if not already found on your system, will be placed in c:\users\<your_login>\appdata\local\xamarin\monoforandroid - you can just remove the entire directory. In the future we might consider an "unchainer" which would perform the process, but at this point you have to do it manually, sorry about that.
