There's no uninstaller as such. Our installer is in reality a chainer, which 
means it downloads several packages from
the net and runs them (they are mostly MSI installers) allowing them to do all 
the job. Our installer simply monitors
and coordinates the process. Almost all of the components can be thereafter 
removed by using Control Panel's 'Programs
and Features' applet: JDK, GTK#, MonoDevelop and Mono for Android SDK. The only 
exception to this is the Android SDK
which, if not already found on your system, will be placed in 
c:\users\<your_login>\appdata\local\xamarin\monoforandroid
- you can just remove the entire directory.
In the future we might consider an "unchainer" which would perform the process, 
but at this point you have to do it
manually, sorry about that.
