The easiest answer is to Try It And See. :-) Are there any Android SE devices available to try out? Emulator images? Documentation about the specific changes (other than vague "nearly everything in userspace changes" statements)? Anything? As mentioned previously, if they support the same android.jar API, support loading native libraries, and support WX memory pages (JITs), we should be good.
