Hi,
Android's Java bindings are accessed through Monodroid.

JavaScript slots into a projects /Asssets directory (case sensitive),
implementing JavaScript in HTML is required as HTML holds no state,
required to interact with logic controllers.

Anything you see on an Android device is a VIEW.
This Android Native base extends to WebView which results in the Android
UI familiar to all as native or remote applications.

Simply - Monodroid does support JavaScript in Native applications.
