It may be worth noting that I am in Debug mode with linking of SDK assemblies
turned on (not using Shared Runtime).
My current signed apk size is about 1.5 MB, whereas it was almost 6MB before
upgrading to M4A 4.0.
If I turn off linking of assemblies, my size goes to over 18MB, but I still get
both exceptions I have reported in these last two emails (strange, as I thought
it was probably due to aggressive linking).
