Within MonoDevelop, click Run -> Run and follow the dialogs.
WIthin Visual Studio, clic Debug -> Start without debugging, or press Ctrl+F5,
and follow the on-screen dialogs:

Otherwise, if you have a Release build (and/or you've built your app to include
the runtime into your .apk, by unselecting the "Use Shared Runtime" checkbox),
you can sideload the resulting .apk onto your device, the same as any other
.apk.
