If you installed it using the Android SDK installer, you need to 
uninstall it and reinstall it to your new location.  The registry key 
written by the Android SDK installer always takes precedence.

If you look in the detailed build log, it will display every place it 
looks and if it found it there.  Look for "ResolveSdks".
