Unfortunately it's not immediately visible. After you add the bug and view the bug details, there should be a "Only users in all of the selected groups can view this bug" section with a "Xamarin Team people, restricted group" checkbox. You can select this checkbox so that no one else can view the bug. If after filing the bug you do not see this checkbox, let me know immediately so that I can hide it. We will look into adding that checkbox to the initial bug filing screen.
