Thanks for noticing.

In general it is not an error.
The lines indicate commented out MAL code.
They live in the signature files loaded upfront
and before a MODULE statement is encountered they
end up in the main body.
They are garbage collected after the first real query.

The real one was the syntax error on include.
Looking into the code, it appears that your file
sql.mx is outdated, because the  MAL code should not be
visible anymore.
