You bring up a very good point though, this shit really makes my blood 
boil, the RFC for CGI is basically worthless, because everybody cooks up 
their own little subset/superset. This might be the strongest argument yet 
for getting rid of Mojo::Server::CGI and leaving all legacy deployment to 
Mojo::Server::PSGI, which has been much less of a headache.
