Request unlock of PAUSE account with nologin set

Hi there

A few days ago I reset my PAUSE password for ID AGUL. I was able to log 
in at rt.cpan.org using the new password. However I can't log in to 
PAUSE. I get the message:

User 'AGUL' set to nologin. Your account may have been included in a 
precautionary password reset in the wake of a data breach incident at 
some other site. Please talk to modules@perl.org to find out how to proceed

It will be great if the nologin flag could be cleared from my ID so I 
can log in and update some modules.
