I’m willing to take over the Readonly::Enum module as a use it in a few of my 
projects and will be continuing to expand my use of it.

Please see the attached mail thread, where the author has suggested that I take 
it over.

I just realised that I don't have first-come for it anymore, it's owned
by ADOPTME. So if you'd like to take it over, you'll need to contact the
modules@perl.org list.

Another thing to look at is Const::Exporter, which is one of the reasons
I stopped maintaining Readonly::Enum.
