I would like to take over maintainance of Win32::LongPath, which
seems to be abandoned. The last activity by the author (Robert
Boisvert) was more than two years ago. I have tried to contact the
Robert myself over the last two months on GitHub (on issues, then
with a PR), and via email twice. I did not get a reply.
