It looks like a new version of Time::OldsonTZ::Data was uploaded to CPAN
yesterday under ZEFRAM's id.
Assuming reports of Andrew's passing aren't incorrect, either there's an
automated process uploading versions to PAUSE whenever the Olson
database is updated, or someone has uploaded it using his credentials.
I'm assuming it's the former.
Isn't there a procedure for locking a CPAN ID when an author dies?
I'm also a bit bothered by automated processes that upload modules to
CPAN without human intervention. That's a potential avenue of attack.
