Since you're using the package name inside Web_Vendor.pm, that's a safe way to 
go.

I generally just grep the CPAN Index and other files generated by PAUSE. 
HTML::Mason::Commands is in there because it was previously part of HTML-Mason, 
but dropped after the 1.05 release. Because the 1.05 release hasn't been 
deleted from JSWARTZ's author directory, it has stayed in the index. You can 
see it in the old release via MetaCPAN:
