Add as co-maintainer as maintainer is unresponsive

I am user JGNI on CPAN I granted co-maintainer status to user STRANGE 
for the Locale::CLDR distribution and distributions under that 
namespace. He uploaded a new version that contained the new package 
Locale::CLDR::Locales::Ia. I have attempted to contact him to give me 
co-maintainer rights on that package as I have a new version but have 
not received a reply. Please could you grant me co-maintainer rights on 
the  Locale::CLDR::Locales::Ia package.
