Hi Giovanni, We've ended up having two requests to get co-maint on Mail::SPF. The other person is Rik Signes (RJBS). He has a lot of experience working with email protocols and has authored a number of Email related modules.
I've been unable to contact the author, so I'm going to give Rik permissions on the distribution.
