Hi Jacques, I’ve heard back from Tore, who has graciously given me permission to transfer the first-come to you, and also to delete the first two releases of his URL-List decision. It will take 3 days for the deletions to happen, so wait until next weekend to be safe, or check his author directory, before you do a release.
