Hi PERLANCAR, You had a bunch of releases fail to index, in the wee hours of today (UK time). All of them were due to the existing release on CPAN having a higher version number.
I wondered if this was down to a tool going awry, so letting you know, in case you hadn’t seen this. Cheers, Neil
