I’ve sent email to the original author of Geo:IPfree, as he still has first-come. I’m guessing he will be open to giving co-maint, or even first-come, to Nicolas. If I don’t hear back from him, I’ll make the transfer anyway, as he hasn’t released anything to CPAN for 16 years. Neil
