Hi Ben, You're the owner of the CPAN module Feed::Find. As part of the test plan for this module, it makes a request to http://stupidfool.org/perl/feeds/. But this web site is currently returning a 403 error, so your module is failing all of its tests. This seems to have been the case for over a year, as this bug report dates from April 2020.
https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=132454 I see that someone submitted a PR to fix this issue a year ago. https://github.com/btrott/Feed-Find/pull/2 But it hasn't been applied and the module hasn't seen a release for ten years. If you wanted to log into PAUSE and give me comaint permissions on the module then I'd be happy to take care of this for you. Alternatively, if you just "reply-all" to this email, then modu...@cpan.org (CCed) will be happy to adjust the permissions for you. I already have comaint permissions on your XML::Feed module and have been releasing that successfully for some time. In fact, it's because Feed::Find is used by XML::Feed that I noticed this problem. Please let me know what your thoughts are. Cheers, Dave...
