Hayashi-san, When you get an error message like this from PAUSE, the first thing to try is a 2nd attempt at indexing.
You can request this yourself, via the web interface: select "Force Reindexing" in the left sidebar, click the checkbox next to the tarball for your release, and then click on the Reindex button. The reindexing will be scheduled, and will happen within the hour. You’ll get another email from PAUSE with the results. But this time I have triggered the re-indexing for you. In return, can I ask that you delete your old files from your author directory on PAUSE please? You’ll find "Delete Files" near the top of the left sidebar. Thanks, Neil
