Hi Johan, When that happens, the first thing to try is a reindex of the release:
• In the web interface of PAUSE, "Force Reindexing" is in the Utils section of the left sidebar. • Find the tarball for the release and tick the checkbox next to it • Scroll to the bottom and hit the "Reindex" button. If it fails again the second time, then it might need one of the admins to check it, but generally a reindex does the job. This time I’ll do it for you (you’ll get a confirmation from PAUSE), but if you get this error message again, you can reindex it yourself.
