Hi Jeremy, I can use https://github.com/gitpan/Tk-GraphViz and https://github.com/gitpan/Reaper for the history, no need to do anything! If you did make any changes after the last release of either, please send the whole thing zipped up and I can unpack it and figure it out.
As for the transfer: go to https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery and login. Then select “Transfer Primary Permissions”. Pick any distros you want to transfer (I assume there will only be the two). Then put in my ID “ETJ”, and submit.
