How do I proceed? This is covered in section 4 of the PAUSE Operating Model: https://github.com/andk/pause/blob/master/doc/operating-model.md#4-dealing-with-pause-indexing-issues In short: • Email the author (fza...@cpan.org) and ask if they’re ok with you having permissions. Mention to them that if they are, they just need to give their blessing, and one of the PAUSE admins (e.g. me) can make the transfer for them. • Copy that email to modules@perl.org, "for the record". • Wait some time to give them a chance to reply. If the email bounces, try and track them down on LinkedIn, etc. • If you don’t get a reply, then email us again in a few weeks, confirming your attempts to contact them. • If you didn’t hear back from them, and we can’t contact them either, then we’ll give you co-maint.
