I’ve been trying to get in touch with SRIRAM, who has a tarball examples.tar.gz in his author directory, released 23 years ago.
It has missing permissions on most packages, and clashes with two other distributions. I finally contacted him via LinkedIn, and explained the problem. I suggested that the simplest solution might be just to delete it: For those who don’t see the image, his reply was: "Oh gawd, yes please. Thanks." So I’m about to schedule the deletion. Neil
