CPAN Folks,I wrote HTML-CalendarMonthSimple-1.26 back 10 years ago.  Under the
old CPAN the index worked.  But, under Meta::CPAN it does not work at all.  So,
I was wondering if I could be added as co author so that it is no longer be an
unauthorized package.  The package sometimes is available at
https://metacpan.org/release/MRDVT/HTML-CalendarMonthSimple-1.26 but it is not
consistent.

I am MRDVT on CPAN but, mrdvt92 everywhere else.
