I’ve just transferred the first-come permissions to you. As you noted, File-Listing has a lot of dependent distributions on CPAN, primarily because it’s used by LWP, so keeping File-Listing green on CPAN Testers is critical. Thank you for stepping forward to look after this distribution. Neil
