Hi Xan,

I’m one of the PAUSE admins. I’m looking into situations where a CPAN
distribution has split ownership.

Perl-Critic-Policy-CompileTime is one of these: you (XAN) have the first-come
indexing permission on the lead module, Perl::Critic::Policy::CompileTime, but
Mark (MJGARDNER, copied on this email) has first-come on the other three
modules.

There have only been 2 releases of this distribution, in 2014, and you did both
of them.

So my guess is that Mark planned to do a release, and you transferred some of
the permissions to him, but missed one. Or maybe something else happened that I
haven’t thought of.

There are at least three options for resolving this:

1. We transfer all permissions back to XAN.
2. We transfer all permissions to MJGARDNER, if he still hopes to do a release?
;-)
3. If neither of you have any interest in this distribution now, we could
transfer all permissions to ADOPTME, which marks the distribution as
essentially abandoned, and available for anyone to adopt.

Feel free to suggest a 4th option, if none of the above work for either of you!

Cheers,
Neil
