Hi Fen & Matthew, I’m one of the PAUSE admins. I’m tidying up distributions that have shared first-come ownership, since PAUSE tries now to not let this happen — it maintains the permissions profile on the lead module, regardless of who releases (in the past the releaser would get first-come on newly added modules). The XRI distribution is one of these — you both own part of it.
Fen did the only two releases of the distribution, back in 2004, and has ownership of 3 of the 4 modules. Matthew (MOCONNOR) has ownership of the XRI module itself. I wonder did Matthew adopt the distribution, but then not do a release? Who is the best person to take overall ownership? I’m guessing FEN, but thought I’d check with both of you. Whatever the change, I can make it for you. It may be academic, if neither of you are going to maintain it going forward, but I’d like to resolve this anyway. Thanks, Neil
