I do know that Mike was doing some handoffs of some of his modules/distributions to me a while back. I expect that some of the module names got missed in the transfer. (And, in some of them, it looks like MARCEL was the original uploader and so Mike didn't have the first-come ability to hand off permissions in the first place.)
I'm happy for the permissions to be resolved in whichever way makes the most sense for Mike's future plans.
