Hi Oguchi-san, I’m one of the PAUSE admins, and I’m following up on your request for a new PAUSE account.
You said that you wanted the PAUSE account for use with MetaCPAN. You can log in to MetaCPAN with a github, twitter, or google account, so you don’t need a PAUSE account for that. PAUSE is the service used to upload Perl modules for CPAN, so if you’re not planning on releasing a Perl module, you don’t really need a PAUSE account. If you haven’t uploaded any modules to CPAN, the only MetaCPAN benefit from having a linked PAUSE account is that MetaCPAN will create a page that lists the distributions you have ++’d, for others to look at.
