Hi Dean, JUNNAMA hasn’t replied to our Japanese contact, so I decided that we should go ahead and give you co-maint. While I wasn’t 100% sure that this is what he meant by his email to you, it’s definitely one reading of it. And given it hasn’t had a release since 2013, this seems low risk.
I’ve asked our Japanese friend to email him again and say that we've given you co-maint, so you can release updates, but that if he isn’t happy with this, we can always remove the permission. I’ve given you co-maint on all packages in the distribution. Cheers, Neil
