I've talked to Brock who no longer has the time to maintain Devel::ebug,
and I'd like to pick it up. You currently still have first-come on this
module, could you please grant me the permissions in PAUSE? If you do not
have the time or remember the credentials for your PAUSE account, you could
also reply-all (make sure modules@perl.org is included in the email) and
consent to the transfer the PAUSE admins can take care of it for you. If
you ask transfer 'first-come' then it will save you from having to deal
with this again.
