Gabor can’t grant you indexing permission, because he doesn’t have the first come permission. See the PAUSE Operating Model[1] if you’re not see what those things mean. Anyway, I’ve emailed Fred Moyer who has control of the Business::PayPal module name, to ask if he’s ok for you to have an indexing permission. In the past he’s been fairly responsive, so please be patient so we can give him time to reply — likely to be longer than usual in these coronadays.
