Thanks, I think I have figured it out. I did delete from PAUSE, this was 
because I read a message at some point  during the process about tidying up 
one’s PAUSE folder. So I did. I thought the folder was just a staging area, I 
did not realise  that deleting from there would delete from all of CPAN.

Anyway fixed - I re-uploaded a new version and it is in CPAN.

Perhaps the messaging could be made clearer?
