Hi Andreas

o His basic argument is weak in that he's responsible for uploading to CPAN, presumably, and doing that knowing his code was then publicly available for download to anywhere.

o He says we're 'free' to remove his software from CPAN. That means he does not order us to retain it, but liekwise it is not actually an order to remove it. Just below that he does direct us to remove some stuff.

o Do we delete his CPAN email address?

o If so, when?
