why:
I'm breaking up a large existing perl application into seperate
modules, some of which I want to bring to the world via CPAN. Mostly
minor projects and libraries. The one exception is Syzygy, which is
intended as a relatively large set of libraries for working with
dynamically managed objects/types/etc.
