In its “indexing phase”, PAUSE checks the permissions against all packages in 
your upload, and then updates all packages to the new release. This is done in 
a transaction, which timed out.

You can ask PAUSE to try and re-index an upload, via the web interface. After 
you log in, you’ll see this in the sidebar:



In that section you can select which file to re-index (the tarball), then hit 
the “re-index” button.

I just kicked off a re-indexing for you, which you’ll have had an email about. 
If this fails (very occasionally a 2nd attempt will fail), then just try 
re-indexing again please.
