Hi, This email is to request co-maintenance for the above mentioned module https://metacpan.org/release/MP3-Info in order to make a new CPAN release.
I got involved with this module during the initiative to fix missing metadata in CPAN modules launched by Neil Bowers. I created several pull requests that, besides fixing what was requested, fixed other outstanding bugs. The pull requests were accepted months ago https://github.com/dsully/perl-mp3-info/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aclosed I requested then the author (for whom I don't have a valid email address), the one in the CPAN doc does not work to create a new release, but that didn't pan out, even if we did it repeatedly using the repo issues https://github.com/dsully/perl-mp3-info/issues/2. I'm JMERELO in CPAN, and I maintain several modules: http://search.cpan.org/~jmerelo/ I'd like to request co-maint then, as stated, for MP3::Info in order to initially do this release and then keep working on it.
