why:
I plan on contributing fixes to various modules (currently
CPAN::Mini::Inject::REST and CPAN::Mini::Inject::REST::Client) that
are dependencies for modules that are internal to my company. These
modules seem to be stale and the maintainer has not contributed to
the CPAN for around three years.
