As this is a module for talking to a web service, the usual name for this would 
be WebService::Centrifugo (notice the CamelCase on WebService; you’ll see there 
are some Webservice::* modules on CPAN (and Foo::API, API::Foo, etc), but 
WebService::Thing is the established convention these days.

The module-auth...@perl.org <mailto:module-auth...@perl.org> is a good place to 
discuss things like this, as is prepan.org
