why:
I have contributed to multiple open source repos,
https://github.com/raunakkathuria?tab=repositories, for that I used
my company PAUSE user. Now I would like to contribute individually
as well, have few modules that I am working on like Bitcoin/Ethereum
Address validation so want to create PAUSE user for that.
In future would contribute more to cpan community.
